My Customer Experience Healthcheck will review your content managed website, casting my experienced eye over customer acquisition, calls to action, visitor journeys and opportunities for personalisation with a view to making TEN recommendations to increase website conversion and improve customer engagement.

Prerequisites:

  • Upon receiving your order I will send you a Customer Experience Health check questionnaire seeking to understand what your digital objectives are, identifying who your primary competitors are and asking you to share your last six months Google Analytics data.

Expectations:

  • I will spend approximately 2 x hours researching your website casting my experienced eye over your Content Architecture, ease of Navigation, personalisation, user journeys and calls to action.

  • I will validate my findings against your Google Analytics data and will email my observations giving TEN recommendations to increase website conversion and improve opportunities for up-sells and cross-sells.

  • I will follow up with a phone conversation with you for about one hour discussing my insights & recommendations.

About This Work:

  • This programme of work will take approximately 6 x hours of my time.
